Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Dr. Chapman also teaches Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Her classes are modeled on the 8 week MBSR program at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.

Dr. Chapman has participated in professional training under the direction of the founder of the program, Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn. She has also completed the most advanced MBSR teacher training offered by the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
